Email and your mailbox

A connected mailbox lets Rolehound read job alerts and match employer replies to your open applications. It files every message it has classified into one of seven folders under Rolehound/ in your own mailbox, including personal mail it judges irrelevant, so a mailbox you use only for your job search is the one to connect. You can connect Gmail or Outlook with OAuth, so Rolehound never holds a password, or any IMAP mailbox with an app password. Replies only ever move a card forward, and a rejection waits for you to confirm it. Rolehound never sends anything from your account and never deletes a message.
