Rolehound

About

Rolehound is a UK job-search assistant that finds roles, scores them against your CV, drafts a tailored CV and cover letter for the ones you pick, and tracks replies from your inbox.

Who runs Rolehound

Rolehound is run by Kyrby Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10063736), whose registered office is 9 Bonhill Street, London, England, EC2A 4DJ.

It exists to take the repetitive parts of a job search off your hands: finding roles that match the criteria you set, scoring them against your CV, drafting a tailored CV and cover letter for the ones you choose, and keeping track of what happens after you apply.

Where it runs

Rolehound runs on a single server hosted by DigitalOcean in London (region lon1). All your data sits in one PostgreSQL database on that server. Backups of that database are taken automatically each time the service is updated, kept on the same server for up to 30 days and cleared out on a later update once they are that old; they exist only so the service can be restored if something goes wrong. The privacy policy sets out what is held, why it is held, and every third party that ever sees any of it.

Getting in touch

Use the form on the contact page. That is the route for questions about your account, for billing and refunds, for anything in the terms of service, and for any request under the privacy policy — including asking for your data to be sent to you or deleted. A person reads what you write and answers it; nothing about it is automated.
