Invoices and statements
Everything you might need for your records is on the Billing page, in three cards below the balance. All of it is served from Rolehound's own records rather than fetched live, so it loads whether or not the payment provider is reachable.
Payments
The Payments card lists what you have paid, newest first: when it happened, what kind of payment it was, the amount, the invoice number where there is one, and a PDF button where a document exists. Long histories are paged — Load more fetches the next batch.
Three kinds appear. Subscription and CreditPack are payments you made. Refund is money going the other way, shown as a negative amount in red on the row it belongs to. There is no separate credit-note document: a refund is one of these rows.
Amounts are shown in the currency they were actually taken in, not converted.
Invoice PDFs
Tax invoices are issued by Stripe, not by Rolehound, and the PDF button fetches the one Stripe issued for that payment. It only appears on rows that have one — some older credit-pack payments were taken before invoices were issued on checkout and will never have a document, so their row shows a dash instead.
The statement
Download statement, at the top of the Payments card, produces a PDF covering the whole account: every payment in date order, oldest first, with a running total where the whole history is in one currency.
Read it as what it says it is. It is a statement of account, not a VAT invoice, and it says so on the document itself. For a tax invoice, use the PDF button on the individual payment.
Credit and usage
The Credit history card shows every movement of your credit balance — top-ups, refunds, complimentary credit, adjustments and referral rewards — each with the balance immediately afterwards, so the arithmetic is checkable line by line.
The Usage card is the other half of the story: metered AI spend rolled up by month and by feature, with the number of calls and what they came to. Individual calls are not listed. It covers the last year.
